This is second news bulletin to all the investors and well wishers of “Tulips Properties”. We hope you received the first one sent on 25th August 2007. The same is also on our website. We intend to update you about our companies varied projects.

Tulips Sherwood

“Tulips Sherwood” is steadily making progress in construction of different houses. Since each house has a varied architecture design, the progress has been slow. Mr. Sujant Anbu is coordinating the construction activities in this site and he can be contacted for any assistance. We had sold all the initial plots of our layout. However after repeated requirements we have procured additional land and made it into two plots – 23B and 23C measuring 3,336 and 4,313 sq ft respectively. The plots are being offered at Rs 450/- per sq ft inclusive of club house usage and corpus deposit. Anyone interested in the same may approach us for further details. The plan for the house can be taken up based on your requirement and discussion with our architect. As informed earlier, the common facilities in the Club House namely, Swimming Pool, Shuttle Court and Air conditioned Gym is open for use to the residents and their guests. The Club House area is also being given out for parties for both residents and outsiders at a nominal charge. Please contact Mr. Prasad for further enquiries.

Association:

The Sherwood Owner’s Association has been formed and the same has been applied for registration. The following are the Office Bearers:

Sherwood Inn

Tulips Properties guest house in Plot No: 35, namely "Sherwood Inn" has two A/C bedrooms with a cook at its disposal. The guest house has been used by some of our residents for stay and parties. For Booking please call Ms Jothi Srinivas - 94867 21723.

In order to market “Sherwood Inn” more effectively, we are planning to increase the number of houses under our control for which we seek houses from the owners. Owners will have to provide furnished houses. Tulips Properties we then will enter into an agreement with the owners. The houses will be rented out on Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis as SERVICED APARTMENTS. The house owners will be equity partners and they will be paid a major portion of the charges collected. Tulips Properties will retain a fixed portion of the same towards marketing and maintaining the houses. The club house will be given to the guests on charges. The approval from the Sherwood Owners Association is awaited for the proposed project. Interested owners can contact

Tulips Acropolis

"Tulips Acropolis" at Mambakkam, Chennai has met with good response due to its proximity to both OMR and GST. The project has a combination of multi-storied buildings, row houses and club house. Most of the row houses and about 30% of the apartments are sold out.

The papers for Multi Storied Building (MSB) approval has been submitted to the Deputy Director of Town and Country Planning (DTCP), Chengalpattu and the same has been recommended and forwarded to their Head office at Chennai. Mr. Jeevarathinam IAS who was in Chennai at time of submission has been transferred and in his place Mr. K. Rajaraman IAS took charge. Now even he has been transferred and Mr. Ashok Dhograi IAS is in charge. Due to these changes at Chennai, the papers had come to a standstill. However this week there has been some progress. A site inspection was made by the DTCP, Chennai as a step towards approval for our project. We expect to have the approvals in place by December 2007.

Upcomming Projects

TULIPS EDEN

In our last Newsletter we had mentioned about our next project in close proximity to NH4 beyond Sathuvachari. We have acquired the necessary land for the project at Nandhiyalam (just after the Ratnagiri Temple). The proposed gated community will have a mixture of apartments, row houses and villas alongwith a club house. Peripheral compound walls, Black topped roads, Street Lighting, Paved Walkways, Common water tank, EPABX, Back up power for common areas and landscaping which were an integral part of Tulips Sherwood will also form a part of Tulips Eden. TULIPS NANDAVANAM

“SRIPURAM” – the golden temple at Thirumalaikodi, Vellore has generated good response and devotees from all over India and abroad visit the shrine in good numbers. Due to this the return potential on investments in this area is very high. We have available plots on a main road at attractive rates. Interested persons can contact Mr Titus.

OTHERS

Land is being acquired for a gated community in Thirumalaikodi basically targeted at devotees. The land is within a kilometer from the Narayani Temple.

Land is being acquired for a gated community along with an educational institution on the Thiruvalam Road past VIT. Our launch price for both these projects is Rs. 350 per Sq. Ft for developed land and will include the facilities similar to the ones provided in our other projects

Land is also being acquired near Kanchipuram off NH4. The process of acquisition is slow and hence the time frame for this project is yet to be determined.
